My Aching Head! Herbal Headache/Migraine Tea is a blend especially for migraine sufferers. It combines feverfew which is renowed for its migraine relieving properties, and nervine herbs which can help calm tension. Best if taken daily so the feverfew can build up in the system but can also be taken at onset of headache.

To Brew: 1 tsp tea per 1 cup water. Let steep 15-20 minutes. Sweeten with honey or stevia. Drink daily or when you feel a headache coming on.
