Pregnancy Tea is a lovely blend of nourishing herbs best for the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Safe to drink daily. I personally drank this every day during my last pregnancy after my 12th week.
Contains All Organic Herbs:
Nettle - provides bioavailable nutrients including calcium and magnesium.
Red Clover Leaf and Blossoms - rich in isoflavones, vitamine, minerals, and help circulation.
Red Raspberry Leaf - uterine toner, rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium and other minerals as well as vitamins B1, B3, C, D, and E.
Oatstraw - nervine tonic
Lemon Balm - calming and restorative
Alfalfa - high in vitamin K
Hibiscus Flower - Adds flavor and vitamin C
Spearmint - flavorful, carminitive.
Orange Peel - aromatic, vitamin C, uplifting
Rose Hips - vitamin C, anti-inflammatory
To Brew: 1tsp dry herbs (use 2 TBS herbs if using a quart ball jar) per cup of hot water.
